物販の仕入れを支えるセラー向けコンソールを自社開発しています。卸サイト・お試しロット・楽天/Yahoo!のセールなど 18 の仕入れルートから候補を集め、Keepa の価格履歴と Amazon の実手数料で利益を機械判定し、仕入れてよい商品だけを根拠つきで表示します。現在は自社の仕入れに使う社内ツールです。
Claude の活用
コンソールの相談アシスタントは Claude Sonnet 5.5 で動いています。質問を検索語に書き直し、講座と会員の Q&A から蒸留した約 1,400 の資料を全文検索で引き、資料にあることだけで答えます。商品ごとの買う/買わないの判定はしません。コンソールの開発と運用は Claude Code で行っています。運用画面のアシスタントと、JAN コードの無い商品の同定も Claude へ移す計画です。
About Mottopop (English)
Mottopop is a sole-proprietor e-commerce business in Tochigi, Japan (founded June 2026), selling home appliances, hobby goods and daily necessities on Amazon.co.jp. We are building an in-house sourcing console for Amazon Japan sellers: it collects candidates from 18 sourcing lanes, scores each one with a deterministic profit engine (Keepa price history plus Amazon SP-API fees), and shows only buyable items with evidence. Our in-console consultation assistant runs on Claude Sonnet 5.5 in production: Claude rewrites each question into search terms, retrieves passages from a curated knowledge base of about 1,400 entries in Cloudflare D1, and answers only from those passages, never issuing purchase verdicts. The whole system is built and operated with Claude Code. Next we plan to move the operator copilot and product identity matching to Claude. Contact: [email protected]
